Pharmacist - Consultancy, Part-time

Responsibilities:

  • Performs preparation of product documents and regulatory compliance;
  • Coordinates with government agencies on product registration and appropriate licenses;
  • Attends to FDA visit and inspection;
  • Complies with necessary regulations;
  • Communicates product information;
  • Conducts training sessions to promote the product, its composition, and healthcare benefits;
  • Works with Business Development Officer in developing strategies to ensure that product information is consistently communicated;

Requirements:

  • BS Pharmacy Graduate
  • Registered Pharmacist
  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge in pharmaceutical products, product information and healthcare benefits, and product competitors’ information

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and reviews all legal documents which include contracts, agreements, pleadings, stipulations, articles correspondence and others;
  • Liaises with government regulatory agencies like PSE, SEC, BIR, MMDA, DOLE, etc. to represent the HDI Group;
  • Helps protect the company from any or all legal issues; enforces legal claims by the company to 3rd parties;
  • Provides legal opinion and advice to the various strategic business units in matters pertaining to policy, compliance issues, agreements, business transactions, claim liability, legal rights and obligations, risk assessment; legal and regulatory development;
  • Represents the company in all legal proceedings or in any suit for or against it with or without the assistance of external legal counsels;
  • Develops legal strategies and recommends the best possible course of action to implement the same;
  • Keeps current with the developments in respective industries of the various businesses;
  • Keeps the company and management updated with new business laws and regulations and stays informed on relevant legal issues and updates;
  • Conducts research on relevant legal issues affecting the company or any of its subsidiaries.

Requirements:

  • A graduate of Bachelor of Laws
  • Member of the Bar in good standing
  • At least 3 years of solid experience in the areas of corporate and litigation practice

Responsibilities:

  • Handling clients and conduct product training to support sales and marketing strategy.
  • Plan, propose and develop consultation through education programs to elevate product knowledge to achieve sales target.
  • To support product testing/sampling during product development stage and create product info material for all new launch of products (training materials etc.) and address all client enquiries and feedback on products
  • Maintain client records.
