Responsibilities:
- Performs preparation of product documents and regulatory compliance;

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Prepares and reviews all legal documents which include contracts, agreements, pleadings, stipulations, articles correspondence and others;
- Liaises with government regulatory agencies like PSE, SEC, BIR, MMDA, DOLE, etc. to represent the HDI Group;
- Helps protect the company from any or all legal issues; enforces legal claims by the company to 3rd parties;

Requirements:
